Coroner’s officials Saturday released the name of a 64-year-old man who was struck and killed by a pickup truck in Anaheim.
The pedestrian was identified as Mirza Ullah of Anaheim, according to the Orange County Coroner’s Office.
Ullah was struck by the pickup truck about 9:25 p.m. Friday in the area of Ball Road and Gilbert Street. Paramedics rushed him to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he died from his injuries at 10:52 p.m. Friday.
The agency investigating the death, the California Highway Patrol, had yet to release a news statement.
